Flour and bran

Perun spellt flours contain more protein, vitamins A, E, B1, B2 and niacin, fatty acids and minerals than common wheat. No improvers or preservatives are used. The grain is grown in the region of Varna and Dobrich. Spellt flour can be used as a universal substitute for ordinary wheat flour. Due to its high protein content, spellt flour is also suitable for making homemade pasta.

Bran is increasingly common in the diet of healthy people. The high amount of fiber cleanses the digestive tract and helps lower cholesterol. We recommend consuming it with yogurt.
